Gunnar Thulin, who is the owner of the company, is an electrical engineer and worked as an inspector of elevators and cranes for the State of Sweden for many years. He moved to USA 1989 and started the carrier as a realtor 1991 in Florida. Back in Sweden his broker office was established 1997 and over the years Gunnar successfully created an international network. He has a long experience in all kind of Real Estate transactions, but is now spending most of his time marketing farms and commercial properties.

Vivian Lindgren with her experience from foreign countries, is a great asset to our company. After many years in bank and estate agency in Berlin together with quite a long time in Spain and South Africa she has the knowledge and practice which make our administration work smoothly. Sebastian Ekström is our latest addition to the company. Sebastian was born and raised in Kalmar. After three years of study at the Realtor Highschool of Trollhättan he saw it as natural to return to his hometown in 2009. Sebastian's driving force is to constantly improve the quality of his work and to exceed the customers' expectations. Mikael who has a Real Estate license since 1995, is active in our team since 2011. He worked many years abroad and got himself a wide experience in different fields. Back in Sweden he bought a restaurant which he jointly with his family successfully managed for many years. Over time he continuously educated himself in different fields. Marie Svensson grew up in a hotel family and spent her younger days as a motivator and coordinator in the hotel and restaurant business. He left Småland for Durban in South Africa but returned after some years and since 1999 he runs his own Golf business beside the assistant work.
